Sa Domu Residence disposes of eight large and furnished flats.
It is surrounded by lushing eucalyptus woods and located just a few hundred meters away from Arbatax harbour, a town which is part of Tortolì's minucipalty, in Ogliastra.
The flats of the Residence are about 80 and 110 sqm large. Some flats are equipped with two bathrooms and toilet for disable people.
Each flat has got air conditioning, Internet connection, telephone, Tv, refrigerator, over, kichenware and terrace of different sizes, furnished with table, chairs and sunshade parasols.
At your disposal, you can also have a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. Weekly change of sheets is included. Towels are provided for a small fee.

The Residence is located 700 m from Porto Frailis' beach and the beautiful bay of Cala Moresca, besides the breathtaking large square of “Rocce Rosse” (Red Rocks).
Within walking distance of the building you will find all comforts you may need: a supermarket, a greengrocer's, a pharmacy, a bar, restaurants, a tobacconist, a newsstand, and so on.
You can easily reach Tortolì's center and the other beaches in the area by public transport: Orrì, Cea, la Capannina, S. Gemiliano, Basaura. It is also very easy to get to villages of central Sardinia
